Bunk house hostel - Located in one of the cutest and central streets of Fort Kochi.

Best local food in Cochin

Lassi House - For amaaaazing lassi! I recommend you get the normal sweet one and ask for some extra dried fruit! It is a nice little walk from the center to the Synagogue Lane.

Sri Krishna cafe - Really good vegetarian food (I cannot remember the name of) but it was a typical Indian lunch with rice, some type of crispy pappadum, some lentil curry and two sauces. YUM! and several servings for 60 INR (80 cents).

Anantha Bhavin - great Vegetarian food located closer to the main area. I recommend you take their Chapati or Porota as well as one of their Panner dish

Small local restaurant - Next to the Ice cream parlor. The address is 2153 Gujarati Road, Cochin

Tea pot cafe - You will inevitably feel the cozy, British vibe in this cafe. It is decorated in a way that makes you feel like you are entering an antique shop. Beautiful. I recommend you taking the chicken and cheese omelette. I have not tried their cheesecake but it seemed to be very popular and appreciated.

Loving earth cafe - Vegetarian and vegan foods here that are worth a try.

Loafers corner cafe - Another nice place to have breakfast or brunch. I have not tried it but their cake seemed to be very popular.
