I believe that well-being can be found everywhere, even if it feels easier in some places more than others. Yoga is the medium by which you can achieve this well-being, this peaceful inner state.
According to Patanjali, yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. In order to achieve that you need to practice the 8 limbs which forms the path to this liberation. You can practice them everywhere you are.
